How to Get Started with Dinamis
Follow these first steps to integrating Dinamis into your success path
We have a simple, well planned, three step process to position you to grow.
1. Define Your Need and Plan
First, how do you know how many resources you need? The good news is we have been doing this for a decade and have a pretty good idea. Together we will review your total client load and processes and tasks you have.
Second, we work with you to identify the sequence of tasks you wish to have your new team members take over. This includes the processes for these tasks.
Third, we will establish the methods of communication. This could be e-mail or Slack. We will also outline what other tools we will be using like Dropbox, Google Sheets, Team Works, etc.
Finally, our staff will match one of our team members. They will start having reviewing the processes and plan for onboarding.
2. Review and Sign Statement of Work
and our Master Services Agreement
Before we get started we need to get the contracts out of the way. There are two documents that detail the deliverables of our relationship with you.
First, is our Master Services Agreement, or MSA. This document details the contractual and legal agreement governing our relationship.
